I have been making a delish recipe of my own with a hand blender: decaf coffee, ground green stevia leaf, a little nut pods creamer or coconut milk and ice.. for the afternoon when I don’t want full caf. But today because I’m doing a type of fasting I just blended ice and coffee and was surprised that it had great texture and taste with no milk or sweetener!

when i froth my coffee with water it generally have water bubbles.. and defloats easily. what is the issue?

This is a totally wrong procedure, the way you did it, the coffee is on the top, and the water with the milk in the bottom, use a shaker, one ice cube two spoons of coffee, sugar optional and you shake real hard, you empty the content into a glass and add the water disolving the coffee slowly and then you add the milk, not fresh milk the evaporated milk try it.
