I use unsalted butter, make sure its soft to the touch, as it'll be easier to work with. Hope that helps? Happy Baking 🍰❤

@@MysteryBaker hi sorry to be a pain I've noticed you've filled the moulds quite high, shouldn't they only be filled by two thirds to allow to rise..I enjoy your videos and followed the one to make Santa and snowman toppers. Everyone said they were lovely so thank you for clearly explaining and showing how you do things.

@@jules1990 I fill high because they tend to rise higher in the middle due to shape, which needs to be cut off and trimmed straight. If you fill it any lower, when you have to trim, you'll be left with a smaller cupcake top and shorter base. Hope that helps you xx
