How to make a halftone for screen printing

Hey Screen Printers! In this video, we are going to cover how to make a halftone for screen printing. We will go over the different settings in Adobe Photoshop and steps required to create proper artwork with the right size dots to create a nice unique halftone image. We will be showing you how to do all this without needing or using any specialized RIP software.

Hi hello what type of emulsion you use for this halftone

Great question, this is a water-resistant emulsion called DC-Pink. This was used because of the ink being water based.
