Will work if you have a hot enough cooking fire. At home we use a charcoal fire rather than using our gas or electric stove top ranges.

12 years ago I had indian food in england . Now my old mum spent years ago in Ceylon (Sri Lanka) she cooked curries for us. Bloody spicy but not hot I will definately try your recipes but for me getting original spices cardamom pods cumin seeds saffron etc we do have an Indian restaurant and can buy Pataks products if any one in Australia knows where I can purchase original spices let me know! Mr. Mumtaz looks too dark for a Kashmiri, doesn't appear Kashmiri by his skin color.

@abc abc Skin colour doesn't show where you are from. Over the thousands of years Humans have been on this planet we've traveled far and wide and settled in those places mixed with each other

@@satrughananaik8702 yeah, that's what I think !! Kashmiris are Fitzpatrick Scale 2, his skin tone is Fitzpatrick 5 which isn't very Kashmiri Or maybe those Punjabis who refer to themselves Kashmiris since Jammu was part of the old undivided Punjab

His nose is also much much too small for a Kashmiri's! Kashmiri have protruding noses the size of tungg (Kashmiri pear). It occupies more than half their face and protrudes out.
