The nylon type material is called crinoline and comes in rolls of 1" up to 6" wide yardage. If you can buy the one she showed in the video for "less than $20" on the internet, you are saving a lot of time, trouble and money. The woven more natural material is called sinamay. It also comes in all different colors of yardage, but is typically available in wider widths. You can get it on Etsy for $3.99 a yard for the 6" wide.
