I used to be a cook at McDonald's . McDonald's eggs the yoke isn't broke open and never flipped . The rings they used when I made the eggs where all attach I stayed the grill and the rubber rings then add each egg cook until all the way even the yoke . You can use canning rings at home . And the cheese is add to the muffin then eggs . And scrabble eggs are liquid eggs .

@@FlavaStation Here’s a tip for you… Instead of cutting your English muffin in half with a knife, you should use a fork to split it, as this will keep much more texture in the muffin when you are toasting it! Also, none of these techniques you used here is what McDonald’s uses lol.

Dude, THAT IS NOT CHEESE! It's "Processed Cheese Product"😝 YUCKY!!! I have found that toasting the muffin and then carmelizing the face makes them taste better! I have used many "egg rings" and wasted money on most. The best egg ring I've found is a large mason jar ring. Place it with the top doen, spray the pan. The lip, being heated creates more of a barrier to keep the white from running under. Make sure your pan is about 325 degrees for the egg to brevent the hard, brown scorched & unchewable skin on your egg. Once egg os in the ring, I add a couple tablespoons of water and place lid on the pan. This creates steam to cook top of the egg. Nothing beats real classic American Cheese, not the processed, modified glue starch they play off as "cheese" Call me a picky eater but good is good! And for me sausage is not optional. I found a very good pre cooked sausage patty. Surprizingly, it's from Walmart. Good cooking to you all!
