Hi , I went one step further with the glaze .Take a wooden skewer and poke holes on the top of the cake and make sure you slowly go over them when you pour the glaze..yum yum

Made this for Thanksgiving today, it was delicious, very moist. The only change I made was to substitute lemon extract for the vanilla in the glaze,'cause I love lemon flavor. Thanks for a great recipe.
