I do a similar design but mine I put turn buckles in about 50mm from the ring. This stops any tangles

Where did you find the leash clips? I can't find them anywhere for less than $3 a pop

Hi, you can get them at most hardware stores, $3 for trigger snaphooks (the type in the video) is a pretty good price, where i live, they are about $4-6 each. I've included some links in the video description and also a few different types. Depending on how many you are after, bulking in bulk can be a cheaper option, I use the 'country brook design' hardware brand, they are USA based and their products are fanatastic quality, they have there own website or they do also have some of there range available on amazon, the 3rd snaphook link is this brand. Aliexpress is another option, the shipping times average from 2-4weeks but their prices are usually a cheaper, hope this helps you:)

Go to the dollar tree and buy a cheap dog leash (you may be able to find the clips there too) unless you're walking a 100lb+ dog it should be good.

I also made this like 6 months ago or so maybe more but my dogs are considered xxl dogs cause 1 is 110 pounds and my 7 month puppy is 75 lbs and my bigger one pulled and it just snapped

Hi, oh no!, may i ask if you were using paracord or another type of rope? paracord is has a breaking strength of about 250kg ( 550 pounds) so its incredibly strong and extremely unusual for it break?

Paracordingaround I actually think it was the part where you light it that somehow untangled when my dog pulled and I'm 200+ and I'm not gonna lie he could pull me till I face plant if he wanted to

the one in the video is made with 2 strands. i made something similar but round braid with 8 strands. i have a malamute and a husky that pull like there is no tomorrow...
