I would Viet to do a podcast episode as to why he doesn’t want to be in a relationship. I loved when he said “I don’t feel like I’m a provider, just yet” along those lines. I loved that, I would love to hear more of that mind set. A “singles” episode lol

loved this podcast !! with relationships i realized not only comes knowing what you want/ deserve but also knowing the costs that at the end of the day are worth going through, if you truly value pursuing someone. relationships don’t only work bcuz it’s perfect, it works bcuz of all the struggles both are willing to overcome-together. Time apart too is bitter but sweet; it gives time to miss and appreciate each other, and to also reflect and work on oneself personally. I always stood by how if two people really want it to work, it’ll work (disregarding factor of school/ work/ career and such). i love love.

Love the conversation at 12:57. When it comes to someone unlearning negative behavior, it definitely takes a long ass time, especially if they've been that way their whole lives. Love that Michelle acknowledges the improvement and effort from andy rather than punishing him for whenever the negative behavior comes up again. Really good shit here guys I love it

I’ve been in my relationship now 6 years. We’re still growing and still learning about each other everyday. And I am taking those questions to her, the ones you would ask before moving in. I mean we live together… but I still feel like I don’t know this part about her yet, it’s exciting. Best, juiciest podcast just got even better with this one yall. 🎉

1:33:00 man i felt this section and i know a lot of other people can find solace knowing that they're not alone in the purge of connections. I often found myself giving a lot of people the benefit of the doubt, making excuses for them, etc because I've always been so understanding, loving and supportive (and loud about it too). But with a mindset change that I had after going completely substance free, I've realized that a lot of my friends weren't doing even remotely the same for me and that I've been blind to a lot because of this numbed state of mind that I was in.. Reciprocation is so important to me regardless if the connection is platonic or romantic because I know my value and what I can bring and I've had people take advantage of that. Now, I'm getting more comfortable standing up for myself and its still fresh so it still makes me sad a bit lol but I'm hopeful that with this newfound space in my heart, I'll be able to cultivate more genuine and fulfilling connections

Yeah.. I still remember Johnny said that a couple need to think as a team. Is a change of one perspective from an individualism perspective to collectivism perspective. They have to work on their relationship every single day to make it happen unlike how it shows in the romantic movies.. Johnny has to maintain his peace everyday too by coated himself with gospels. Thank You for such an encouraging podcast & shout out to Andy and Michelle ❤

I feel Jeremy abt how being too independent can be a problem. I love being independent - it's helped me to be disciplined, hold myself more accountable, lower expectations from other people and thus not taking things personal, etc. Being hyper-independent has the potential to make you a well-rounded INDIVIDUAL but also a not-so-good PARTNER. I know how to navigate things when it comes to myself or anything platonically relevant. But I have a hard time sharing and combining things involving my life, my space, or my anything with someone else on that level. It takes a lot of unlearning but it's like how much independent is toooooo independent , you know?

Also on the 'bringing relationship trauma' into a relationship - regardless people are bringing their childhood trauma and potentially inter generational trauma into a relationship anyway. At least people from multiple relationships, are much more opened to the crap they bring into a relationship and may have had a chance to work on it, kinda thing

I've been wanting to try Nectar for so long now, is it possible at all to lower your online prices to store level prices? Like I don't mind paying the shipping, but I don't understand why a case is $10-$20 more than it would be in stores. I was going to order some a few weeks ago, a 24pck of each, original & paradise pack. But when I got to the checkout, my total was going to be almost $140. I just don't know if I could justify paying $140 for 48 cans. If not, then please bring it to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Or at the very least, bring it to Chicago, which is only 1hr & 30 minutes away. Chicago has a huge Asian community, I'm sure you guys have fans there.
