This is a bit different than my 04’ but I am very appreciative of any good Springer info. There is virtually none on KZbin and I missed this one as I quit looking some time ago. I don’t know if you’ve done more, but I will be looking at your page to see. It’s also the first time Ive seen the suggestion to do one at a time to avoid the Zip Tie method. Not even the HD Service manual made this suggestion.

Thanks for the video. I read about doing this in my factory service manual and had zero clue what they meant so I got the local indy shop to do it on my bike. It's something I've wanted to know how to do myself though.

This is great! Thanks for posting this, I need to do this on my Crossbones. Quick question, when do you recommend replacing the teflon coated washers? Thanks again.

Hi Jim, we're glad the video was helpful! Do you mean the spherical bearing race fork to rocker? If that is the case Trevor suggests adjusting it every 10,000 miles and taking it apart and lubing it every other 20,000 miles. If you are referring to a different part you can email service@wilkinsharley.com or call us at (802) 476-6104 and we can get you the information you need!

curious to know what brand and model of torque wrench it is. I can't find anything other than a 1/4-inch drive for the 25-35 in lbs?

What socket and crows foot size is used on that big jam nut? I have a 1994, a little different set up but looks like it would be the same process.
