Hi, thxs for the tutorial. After published, the teammembers only see their own shifts? If you want them to see all shifts (including onther members of the same team), I have to make them owner as well? Is that correct?

Is the team that is connected to the Shifts schedule a PRIVATE team?

Is there a way I can put a link in the shift note section, I can't seem to paste any links, only able to type. Ideally I want to paste a link to a youtube which goes into more detail about the shift... if that makes sense. So staff can click through and learn more about the roll I'm posting up.

When you share the schedule, will the Team see only their groups schedule or all groups schedule?

It would depend on the access you've given them in the team. If they are just a member, they will only see there's.

Check with your Teams Admin. They may have a restriction set in the Admin Center.

Great question! It pulls to a simple Excel doc for now but this would be an AWESOME feature that they should add!

Is it actually better than Excel ? And also are there any options to view an entire schedule for the whole year ? Also is there an option for bulk editing ? like I want to add 10 people for the same shift

Yes, when I show you how to export, you can just select the whole year. Also, you can copy a shift, click and drag to highlight all the other spots that you want it to go, and then paste. I believe I cover that in the video as well. Let me know if that makes sense. Thanks! -Kaleigh

we are starting to use shifts but nobody is getting notifications is there something you have to do for them to be getting notified ?

Define notifications. Do you mean inside Teams or in your email?
