No, you *don’t* need money to be successful on KZbin. You *don't* need to have expensive cameras and lighting to look good. You *don't* need 1000 subscribers and 4000 watch time to start making money. You *don't* have anything to lose so just *START!* 💪🏻

Great tutorial! I love that Camtasia tutorials are trending lately. I use it for screen recording and video editing. So much easier to create a PIP in a circle now too! Also, I open and then minimize the programs/websites I'll use during the recording, go back to my desktop and right click, go to view, and unclick "show desktop icons" to have a clean desktop before recording (using windows). Now, off to buy a USB capture card!

Used Camtasia for years. I had the subscription. The two times I had problems. Support was inaccurate and had to figure it out myself. The second tome I never got a response. I went to OBS and am thrilled.
@Wizdumb97 Жыл бұрын
Do you know how to Screen Record in OBS without having the Recording truncated once you import it into Final Cut? I've been trying to Capture my Entire Display and use a Picture in Picture effect through OBS and then import that screen recording to Final Cut to then edit, but when the Screen Recording is in Final Cut and I put it in my timeline, the Recording doesn't fill the Viewing Window entirely. It becomes cropped. And spatial conform kind of helps to get the size up by selecting Filled instead of Fit, but it still is truncated. Any advice would be appreciated.
@jeffreylevans Жыл бұрын
@@Wizdumb97 Once you stop recording in OBS, Remux the output file to an MP4 (or set it to do that automatically in advanced settings. Then import that .MP4 file into Final Cut.

I've been trying to use OBS for my Screen Recordings as well, but when I'm done recording at a Base Resolution of 3456x2234, which is my dimensions for my MacBook 16 inch, and then import that recording into Final Cut Pro to edit, my screen recording from OBS is truncated down in dimension size. Do you know why this happens and what I'm doing wrong? I use the Spatial Conform in Final Cut Pro to get the dimension back to what it should be almost entirely with using Filled instead of Fit, but the top of the recording is still a little chopped off.. Please respond if you have time. I would really appreciate it.

Question for you: those who normally edit videos in premiere pr or final cut (Like me) would you recommend to screenrecord with camtasia and then import that footage to the more advance editing software to work with color grading, audio etc.? If you know what I mean. I think Camtasia looks awesome, but I also want to edit in premiere or final cut. Not sure if it's a good workflow for creating tutorials or how other that create tutorials go about this. Thanks for your input!
