This is great! The only thing missing is to be able to have the data for the entire year show on the dashboard and chart, not just one month at a time. Can you show how to do that?

Thank you so much for your comment. So if you completed the template as I showed in the video, then you can see data for the entire year simply by leaving the month selection blank. And if you've already selected a month, just select the month cell and press delete on your keyboard to clear the selection. 😊👍

That's an excellent question. To add more categories, insert rows somewhere in the middle. For example, select rows 7 and 8, right-click, insert rows. Then copy the formulas in columns C and F to the empty cells, and that's it. No need to update the range names if you do it this way. 😊👍

Thank you for watching! 😊 And I'm not sure I understand your question so I apologize if my answer isn't what you're asking for, but the dashboard allows you to change the year and month to dynamically update. Those are the only things you can change on the dashboard though. Everything else is calculated automatically.

I am so sorry, but with the way this template is designed, it would be quite tedious to modify the graph to show 13 months instead of 12.

HELP: at the end when you said click the include data what if you didnt click it on time? how do I add the included data?

If you missed that step, here is what you can do. Leave the data hidden. Click on the chart, click on the three dots in the top right of the chart, then click edit chart. In the panel on the right, under setup, check the box next to include hidden / filtered data. I hope this helps.
