I’m pretty sure I’ve watched every “how to install a zipper pull” video on KZbin, but your method is BY FAR the best and easiest! I made this little pouch two at a time and they turned out great. Thank you SOOOOOOO much!❣️❤❣️

Your tutorials are always so simple, clear, and excellent. I've always been terrified of messing with purchased zippers, but you make it look so easy AND you don't waste the other side, having it as an option to use for the tabs. I love this. Thank you, you are amazing.

I’m sewing impressed with your technique! Your instructions are clear and concise. I loved the tip about removing the zipper teeth to make a tab. I’ve never seen that done before. How clever! Looking forward to watching more of your videos too. Newly subscribed!

I have watched a lot of tutorials and yours is the easiest and neatest, thank you I’m inspired. Just checking is cotton the best fabric to use?
@NotchesSewing2 ай бұрын
Thank you! Yes cotton is the easiest to handle but you can use any fabric. If it is fine, add some interfacing to it.

Cute. So I guess the trick to replacing the pull on #3 zippers is to trim away some teeth?

There are several ways to install a slider. This method is just less fiddly for that small size.

You made this seem so easy, but getting zipper pulls back on has always been a nightmare. I need to try this, but maybe a bit larger size so it is easier to turn.

What methods have you used to install sliders?

Do all zippers have the capability to cut the zip part and then reattach it or did you use a special style of zipper? Would love to try but zippers are scary things!!! ha ha
@EM-fh2tx5 ай бұрын
This will work with any non-metal zip.
@NotchesSewing5 ай бұрын
Any nylon coil zip will work. Don't be scared of zips😀
