I've seen ssp setups where they have a head with its eyes closed or mouth open so u can texture the eyelid or see how the mouth looks! Would you ever do a tutorial on how to do expressions like that specifically for ssp?

Shape keys! Most avatars come with them. You can set those you like to 100 and then hit "apply shapekeys to basis"

@@PxINKY It's okay. I'm entirely new to Blender. Thought I could just learn what was required to modify my avatar but it looks like I need to learn Blender from scratch. I can't even center the camera on what I'm working on. I don't know enough to be helped yet.

@@PxINKY Some of these avatars, when I open them I don't have access to Blender's modes. Object mode only. Are Gumroad-acquired models unable to be edited in Blender? If so, where was I supposed to get an avatar that I can open so that I can modify it?

I'm having an issue after exporting, it merges the body and fluff uv maps together. Still colors just the body and appears how it should on the model in unity but I would like for them not to top each other in the base color png. I'm also getting a weird visible stich/seam in the center of the model when I start drawing on markings. I appreciate any help on this thank you!

what program are you using to texture? if you are using substance painter you may be merging the model incorrectly when following this video additionally make sure your UVMap names are matching or it can cause issues

Use W to change your cursor mode, then you should be able to relocate it with the correct tool selected!

Im not a professional and with that ive made mistakes. Audio is something im trying to improve, i believe my newest video has better quality and less background noise ^-^
