A tip i got from my teacher is that do not be rigid with time. Like if your day starts with 7am and you accidentally wake up with 8.30am, do NOT SABOTAGE your WHOLE day thinking about how you "wasted" your 1.5 hours. Instead shift your timetable 1.5h (in this case) forward and do the 7am tasks at 8.30am instead. And that's the best tip she ever gave me.

0:24 the most important tip that no one talks about... Thank you so much for addressing this! . Not everyone's life is similar hence everyone's fixed time is different for eg I have to do household chores and cooking etc so my fixed time differs..... Such an important tip so simply put.....fixed time can't be changed neither can u make it less by working fast....that would leave one exhausted.(result the time table fails miserably) Time table can always be made workable wen u only plan it according to the spare time that remains after doing all the necessary things in your life. Thank you so much..... Just in the beginning of the video I got the pro tip. 🙂

The early to bed and early to rise part was so relatable. No matter how confident you feel that you're a night owl, biology will disagree. Humans are bound to be more productive after they have a good night's sleep. I was very sure that I'm a night owl and telling others that I stay up late to study did seem cool but it was not as productive. This completely changed when I challanged myself to wake up early for a week. My days have been more productive ever since :)

How did u do tht?? 😢 I'm a night owl and no matter how much i try I can't wake up early in morning !
@Raylight5068 Жыл бұрын
@@parri8486I can relate to you, but here are some tips that many people told me. I hope that they'll help you :) 1) Place your alarm somewhere far from your bed so that when it rings, you will have to get up to shut it. 2) Download apps like "Smart Alarm Clock", This app gives you certain tasks to off the alarm like - solving a maths problem. [You will be awake by the time you solve it. And also the tasks are customizable]. 3) Drink more water before you sleep so you'll have to get up to pee.😂 [Also you'll stay hydrated].
