Very nice at first I thought it might need more gold, but the way it glowed in the dark made me change my mind.

Couldn't you cut the sanding drum in half (or whatever fits) in order to avoid sanding the metal on the ring?

I would like to start turning rings. What brand is your lathe. I haven’t been able to find one like yours

I really like the ring but I wish the lapis showed more. Much less glow powder. Gold is a good contrast.

Awesome guys..just had an awesome idea for a name to go along with this type pattern... hopefully Patrick sees this comment and runs with the idea cuz I love it..take a really good look at this finished ring..the pattern that happened looks very much like planet Earth's continents... maybe you could call it the continental divide... thinking of trying this one myself focusing on this technique. .hey Patrick I hope you see this comment... love to hear your thoughts on this

I’m new to this. Your work is simply awesome. And I am a new subscriber. I can’t wait to get my first box but I do have one question. Does this process not require epoxy? It seems you only mention glue.

Have you tried removing the excess material with a carbide lathe tool? It would appear that carbide would cut everything but diamonds.

Looks good but so many scratches on the metal.

It's tungsten, it's probably not scratches but fingerprints,
