1/2 Container Cool Whip
7 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
Vanilla Frosty Recipe
4 Cups Whole Milk
1/2 Container Cool Whip
7 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract*
*The vanilla frosty did not have a strong vanilla flavor. I need to tweak the recipe. I am going to try using Coffee Mate Vanilla Coffee Creamer (powder) next time to give it more vanilla flavor.
