For anyone interested, I did the math and I believe these are the amounts for US measurements: 1 1/2 cups flour 2 eggs 1/4 cup (or 4 tbsp) butter 1 cup milk 1/4 cup (or 4 tbsp) sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt 3 tsp baking powder

Erica Plowden these aren't US measurements. it's just that the measurements shown in the video are weight units of measurement, and you arote the volume units of measurement. it's like centimeters and inches, and kilograms and pounds.

This is perfect pancake recipe. If anyone had trouble with batter being a little thick, just add more milk or water to achieve the same consistency of the batter shown in video.

We don't normally use honey. Maple syrup is preferred. other than that it sounds good.

@Lee Tenkarang I like it eggy and I also like doughy . I hate when it’s chewy . I noticed his batter had no lumps. I mix as less as possible and leave lots of lumps and let it stand for 2 minutes so it rises. That’s how you get fluffy pancakes that don’t get stuck in your throat when you swallow.
