What a great job Eric! You have become a most excellent craftsman and videographer. Thank you very much for remembering our Vets and for making the case for a Vet. I had heard of using a small torch along the score then once it's hot rubbing ice along the score and the thermal shock should separate it.

i used plexi glass in the one I made for my fathers coffin flag also drilled 3 holes along the bottom for the spent bullet shells

Have you considered using plexiglass instead of glass? It would probably be a little safer and successful in cutting it, wouldn't it?

By the way, if your project requires glass, use glass with the word "plexy". AKA plexyglass😂😂😂
