Greg, adding salt to any meat before cooking it 3:15 makes the meat tough because it draws out the moisture, that's why you should only add salt after the meat has been cooked.

Greg I need you to make oven burgers:) oven at 275. So the burger only need salt, pepper, garlic powder, and butter just a little dab of butter on and between each burger. when the ovens ready put the burgers in for 15 minutes then take them out put some bbq on them and then cheese, after that put the burgers back in for about 10-15 minutes

I say..Butter onions and cheese. thats the way to please! And if the meat is too big..Just Beat It! and Im weird maybe cause I would have to put butter on one side..and mayo on the other..a little bbq.and some cheese with that onion. Also on the juicy cheesburgers I make I like to use toasted buttered Ciabatta roll.It helps keep all the juice in.😀🍔

Lovely! I´m pretty sure that you´ll love it! You´ve seen us swedes right? That´s one of the dishes that we´re bred on! That and pickled herrings!:D I´ll be cooking an aussie steak sandwich a´la Grego today. Sadly I can´t use my bbq due to the first ever general fire-ban here in Sweden (We´ve had almost no rain since April), so I´ll cook the beef in a frying pan instead. Got some nice aussie beers here though to make up for that indiscretion! Cheers for the recipe! You´re a trooper!:)
