How do you actually connect to the caller when they call so you can speak with them instead of simply playing them a recorded message? Like how normal phones work when you call someone.

It's not clear at all how to simply call a twilio phone number that is associated with a client app, connect, and then have a live two way call between two humans. Twilio's documentation is a bit outdated and lacking especially regarding this.

When the call connects to the first caller you can return TwiML that dials the next caller: SECOND_NUMBER_HERE
