Blender has a feature called Lineart that got upgraded in 3.3. All you need to do is select the model, then add line art from Grease pencils. It handles it better than solidify modifier

Thanks! 6 years ago, it was really difficult to find a tutorial with such an accurate rendition but today today it became much more standard to be able to do anime models on blender. There's really no better time than the Eevee era to learn Blender :v

@@rodia_the_smg_guy5575 my advice as a fellow noob, from hundreds of tutorial i've watched, take a step at a time, 3D is very broad can't rush it, practice daily to get down the muscle memory, write down the tricks you've learned, and most important of all, try to enjoy it, as kind of meditating in a way. by the way, creating character is very hard if you've never done it before. my first project was to recreate my friend in blender, i got so frustrated because it turns into a monster lmao, i quit, thats few months ago, now i'm giving it and myself another chance, let's go dude, we can do this!

If I'm not misremembering 3D modeling software can be ram and processor hungry so more cores and more memory is good. I would suggest the 16GB one assuming the CPU is 4 cores. Google the processor name and see if it has hyperthreading, if it does then definitely buy the first.

Well, first of all, great work and great video; on a second note, I see that you do the hair like many others, so while it is perfect for the model you made, it would perform poorly on a more dynamic scene\model, say for example, a fighting game, where the hair should follow the character, exposing the lack of them underneath. Do you maybe have a different approach for such situations?
