INGREDIENTS TO ACTIVATE THE YEAST:
50gr flour
50ml milk
15gr dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FIRST DOUGH:
The activated yeast
225gr flour
100ml water
1 egg
40gr sugar
40gr butter (room temp.)
INGREDIENTS FOR THE SECOND DOUGH:
The first dough
225gr flour
120gr sugar
1 egg and 1 yolk
60gr butter (room temp.)
the zest of 1 orange
100gr candied orange zest
vanilla powder
INGREDIENTS FOR THE ALMOND GLAZE:
50gr almonds
100gr icing sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp almond extract
TOPPINGS:
20 almonds
50gr sugar sprinkles

Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that. Every oven cooks different. Next time insert a wooden toothpick and If it comes out clean is ready otherwise add an extra 10 minutes. Good luck and happy Easter 🐣
