INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE MARINADE
2 lbs chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp rice vinegar
FOR THE STIR FRY
3 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup roasted peanut
1 stalk celery, sliced
1/2 medium green bell pepper, diced
1/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
3 stalks green onion, sliced
FOR THE SAUCE
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp white wine
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp corn starch
