INGREDIENTS:
300gr digestive cookies
120gr butter
450gr cream cheese (room temp.)
150gr sugar
25gr flour
285gr sour cream (room temp.)
3 eggs
vanilla powder
the juice of 1 lemon
cook at 285F for 1hour35min.
