Cool! If you have another color pool noodle, replace the center ones to make a bullseye.

I made this for my Cub Scout Pack. I cut the strips shorter than the height of the bin so everything fits inside with the cover on. I purchased 10 pool noodles (5 blue, 5 yellow) and cut each into eighths lengthwise as seen in the video. Cut the strips into 9-inch pieces, set aside the short stubs for later. My son and I used scissors to taper the 9" pieces and arranged them in the plastic storage bin. We placed about 10 yellow strips in the center, surrounded by a large blue circle, and remaining yellow on the outside. The small stubs are stuffed in-between randomly to help fill the space, and keep all the strips standing parallel. I cut two axes out of masonite, and skipped putting foam on the sides. Thanks for this spectacular build!

Super fun idea! I used a similar technique to make my son a sword, instead of buying him the one he wanted on our trip to LEGOLAND. Instead of using wood, I laminated several pieces of cardboard, let him draw the shape, and we cut it out together using a couple different types of saws so he could learn about each of them.

I know a guy who does knife throwing as a hobby, he has a set of three specifically made for throwing knifes that I find funny when he throws them. When throwing knifes, you usually want to get the head/blade imbedded into the surface and he aims to do that, the funny thing is he ends up with the opposite end in the wood instead. (He's got it set up with three logs off the same tree that are stacked onto one another.)
