A beautiful buttercream is one of reasons to make a Pretty Cake.
Today I wanna show you how to make a Beautiful - Glossy Buttercream in a easy way with good taste.
Ingredients:
500gr unsalted Butter
200gr Whipping cream
200gr Milk
200g sugar
******Make sure all your Materials are cool ^^
******This is not Korean Buttercream Recipe - but I refer the key about " temperature of butter " of G.G.Cakraft.
Thank this lovely girl created the new way for us to have more Ideas for Buttercream.

it depends on your room temp., in my place is over 32 C degree, the shippers brought my cake over 3 hours on street by motor cycle but it was Ok. And the most important is your skill on piping because the structure of flower can help them stand out side for long or not. And it is not my Crytal Buttercream ^^ Thank you

Đánh hh whipping tới khi nào mới cho bơ vào được vậy bạn? Mình đã thử nhưng thất bại ê chề vì hh whipping+sữa đánh mãi vẫn không bông lên được, khi cho bơ vào thì nó văng tung tóe đầy nhà mà vẫn không đặc lại được. Mình dùng máy đánh tay.

Đầu tiên, bạn thất bại là đúng rồi. Vì máy cầm tay sẽ không có khả năng thành công cao như máy để bàn với người mới làm, nên theo mình bạn có thể tìm mua 1 chiếc máy để bàn cho việc này nhé. Và tiếp theo, bạn xem kĩ Video sẽ thấy mình chỉ đánh whip và sữa tới khi nó trộn đều là cho bơ vào chứ không hề đánh bông, nước bắn tung tóe là có luôn, mình cũng có ghi rõ là nước sẽ văng ra nhiều trong quá trình đánh. Và ko đặc lại theo mình là do bạn đã đánh quá lâu, thêm máy cầm tay lại là một yếu điểm cho bạn khi nước văng nhiều và máy đánh ko ổn như máy bàn. Nếu ở Việt Nam bạn tham khảo máy để bàn Beow, giá mềm và tiện dụng , chúc bạn thành công nhé.

Thanks, I used Vietnamese brand and you can use all kind of butter with fat content > 80%

Thanks for the video. Did you pipe under aircon room? How long it takes to whip the buttercream? 5 mins? Can I use this buttercream for cake frosting or should I whip a bit longer to get lighter texture?

yes, piping flower need aircon room. About the time to whip, it depends on your butter and room temp. It took me 15minutes in this clip. You can use for frosting and piping flowers, too.

34 c degree... I am not sure, but if you don't pipe so much flowers, and don't let your cake directly with sunlight...I think it is Ok

Hi. Can i still pipe this in a room 15-20C? Does it have to be piped when cold or I need to being it to room temp? Does it crust like american buttercream? I am worried because I put my cupcakes in a bouquet and it might get damaged when they stick together. Sorry I have a lot of questions there’s not much detail about this recipe 😅

Hi dear, don't worry, I love to answer. I pipe this buttercream from 20 - 26C. Room temp at 28 - 30 is Ok, but you need the butter stronger to make buttercream : example Elle& Vire with fat > 84 %.

Hello, thank you very much for the recipe and the explanations. Today I tried to do it. I thought I was ready and put it in the refrigerator, while preparing everything to make the flowers. Of course it was hard to get it out and when I tried to use it, all the liquid began to come out. You have some recommendation to solve this problem. I appreciate your comments.

When your buttercream is done, you can use right away, if it is very soft to pipe, just put it in refrigerator 5 - 10 minutes, if you put for long time, your buttercream is frozen and you need to mix again like this clip's process.

I was trying but the butter is not hard enough then I tried to put it in to the freezer after for a while it have a lot of air inside of the butter but ok I tried to make a flowers like that it’s not so bad but after that not so long time it have some water coming out of the butter hmmmm :((( I don’t know what happened or maybe I putted a water colors to the butter that why it’s like that. Could you have some suggestions ? I want to try it again.

You can freeze your ready-made flowers, too, but I think not longer...3 days....or you can try to test the time, dear ^^
