韓国でパン屋を経営している30代の男性です。 札幌でしばらくパン屋さんで働いていたのですが、その時見たパンと似たものが少し見えて嬉しかったです。 シェフの能力がすごいと思います。 学ぶ点が本当に多いと思います。 映像を少しも見逃さず全部見ました。 日本によく旅行を行くから神戸に行ったら必ず見に行きたいです。 多くのことを学ぶことができるようにしてくれてありがとうございます。

I can’t say how many videos like this that I’ve watched, but this man makes the most beautiful, mouth watering breads and rolls I’ve seen yet….they are so crisp and flaky, soft inside, and with the most imaginative and delicious looking fillings I’ve ever seen. It makes me want to move to Japan from Wisconsin USA and live next door, even if I have to love in a tent, lol!

パンが本当にひとつひとつ綺麗で、並べられた姿は絵本に出てきそうな可愛さもあって、見るだけでも楽しい!そして、食べたらきっとすごく美味しいんだから、二度楽しいですね😊

He makes it look so effortless! Yet, the results are polished, elegant and absolutely delicious-looking! I wish I could taste all the breads. Kudos to this baker.

The "curry frank" pastry is fascinating! It's almost like a German "curry wurst," but in pastry form. This bakery looks amazing. I am so jealous of the wonderful bakeries all across Japan.

Watching this while eating just plain buttermilk loaf & coffee made me crave for bread! The croissants look amazing! Love that the baker uses valrhona chocolate! 🍫 The addition of lard to the cooking oil is a good idea too! It makes the bread tastier. Though it is generally unhealthy, a little amount of it won’t hurt I think. Wish I could try out all these breads. Japanese bakeshops are def on another level! The baker/owner is an amazing one! Making all these breads by himself. Just wow! 👏🏻✨

While there’s nothing wrong with having pride in one’s country, and while I completely agree that this man is one in a million, with by far the best looking breads I’ve seen so far in this series, every country around the world has excellent bakeries and patisseries, so Japan’s bakers aren’t “on another level”….their very high level is simply different, adapted to Japanese tastes! And if you like them best, that’s only natural! But it’s important to remember that the mainstay of his business is a throughly and very uniquely French product, the making of which there is truly an art form, and many of the other breads were developed in the West and are still a part of everyday life in practically every community in every country. Let’s try to appreciate each other without needing to denigrate things we’re unfamiliar with.

항상 영상 잘 보고 있습니다😊 제빵사여서 늘 관심 있게 시청하고 있는데 이 빵집은 나중에 꼭 한번 방문 해서 먹어보고 싶네요 영상 보자마자 바로 구글지도에 저장했네요😂😂 그리고 사장님 혼자서 많은 양의 빵들을 만드는 모습도 너무 대단합니다👍👍

So impressive baking skills! 👏👏👏 The baker is an artist, no doubt about that. I wish I could buy his breads, everythings looks delicious and pretty! I hope he takes time to rest also though. So that he could be healthy and can make breads for a long time.

How I wish I could live close to this bakery!?!?! The bread here in the US is horrible...not to my liking/taste. That's why I'm not a bread person but I would eat his bread everyday if I could...especially the croissants! I miss Japanese pastries💜💜💜

his croissants look good, though i'm surprised he doesn't use eggwash (for the shine) on them like he does for some of his specialty breads. wish we could hear the sound of the crust of his baguettes. unlike baguettes sold in most japanese bakeries, his look as crispy as we do them in france.
