Your recipe is good but on folding the pie you can use that cutter...it comes out smart instead of using a fork to press...try it ❤

How do u freeze the pie crust .?? Did u cover the pie or just out it straight without covering it into the freezer. Whats the right temperature to bake pie just as we do to cakes eg 170 or 180 degree Celsius.

To chill the crust, cover it in a cling film and put it in the fridge or freezer. Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven.

No please. Two things can make turnovers tough. Kneading the dough too much and over baking.
