So relaxing watching 😊you knead the dough. My mom made delicious Belize buns when she was alive. Your recipe reminded of hers and the way you knead the dough. Thanks for sharing your recipe and I will give it a try.

I haven't made bun in about 10 years. So l choose to try your recipe. It turned out great. I would have liked it to be a little sweeter tho. But all in all great recipe.

I'm glad it came out great. If you put more sugar, it may take a little bit longer to raise, but will still come out good.

Some counties have a co-op kitchen that you can rent and make the food from it. That's what many food truck owners do. They prepare the food at the co-op and sell it from the truck.
@TheBarePantryShow3 жыл бұрын
Why don't they cook on the truck?
@EHCBunny4real3 жыл бұрын
@@TheBarePantryShow Because some foods must be cooked for a long time instead of grilling it. Also the health dept will not allow you to defrost meats without refrigeration. You can't fry foods on a food truck

@@EHCBunny4real makes sense. I don’t want to cater food though. I’d like to get out of food and just make the books. After 9 years of meager success, I’m tired.

If I don't use raisins will I need to adjust any other ingredients. Also can I use half white sugar and half brown sugar.
@TheBarePantryShow3 жыл бұрын
The raisins will not cause any adjustments, however the brown sugar will. If you’re going to split the sugars then you will have to add the liquid slowly to see if you need less. Also, the bun will go from light to heavy.

Why do you use white sugar and not brown sugar.?Thank you
@TheBarePantryShow3 жыл бұрын
I have a recipe at the site that uses brown sugar, but I only use white sugar because this is how my grand aunt made the buns all my life.

I followed everything but why did the bread split down the center while baking?
@TheBarePantryShow Жыл бұрын
That will happen if you put too much fat. Too much butter or too much coconut milk.

Can you show me the pack of the butter plz
