Thank you, thank you, thank you. I published my first video a few days ago. The best advice you had was to just put something out there. Perfection can come later. After accidentally deleting my entire project a couple of times and messing up the audio trying to get better sound I stopped striving for perfection. In the first two days the video was up it received 67 views and I have 15 subscribers. I'm blessed. You're amazing.

I’ve heard that TikTok is going to try and expand to longer form content to win over those KZbin users who enjoy longer form content. I honestly think there’s enough need and want for both forms of content, although our attention spans are getting shorter.

I forgot to add that I agree with you about people liking shorter content like on tiktok but people will always go to you tube because of some of the great advice and content that you tubers share .(Its kinda like the saying no place like home (just no place like you tube)

It is hard for me to create short form and it's not something I personally consume. I do see how short form has taken the US by storm and everyone I see if just flipping through 100 reels or posts in minutes. It's fascinating. I don't even know how I would start to do that when I don't like to consume it myself.

Hi Heather, it’s a little different and I’m probably a far outlier from your target audience but there is a group of outdoor channel makers who absolutely crushed KZbin a few years ago and grew there business to be in every sporting goods store in America. What set them apart for me was it appears to have been an equal partnership of multiple content creators who threw all in on a single channel. Yes it’s the Googan Squad, would love to hear that strategy and curious if they think it would work as a start up channel today
