I am late to this video party, but these ladies are great to listen to. The journey has just started for me on KZbin, but I do similar content for my employer and have a good time doing it. My channel is more about helping more people than the narrow audience I have at work. If my coworkers have a question maybe someone else has that question and maybe I can help. That is what I love about KZbin, the feeling that you can help someone you never met and make a difference.

I love these two ladies and such great advice here for both! They have both been such an inspiration to me. I've been watching Cathrin for over 3 or 4 years now, SOOO appreciating her work ethic and talent, through all the personal ups and downs. And I've been watching Vanessa for a few months and she just knocks it out of the park! Vanessa, I don't know how you do it! Your energy is AMAZING! And Cathrin and Sunny Lenarduzzi have been my go-to rocks these last few years. And THANK YOU Cathrin for continuing with your channel even after you had your sweet baby and life changed so much. I'll continue to follow even if you're no longer doing as many KZbin-related videos because I just think you're an amazing person. Oh! And I want to thank Cathrin for the whole not-wearing-make-up thing! I don't normally wear make-up either and have struggled to decide if I'll do it as my channel grows (it's small right now) but I agree with you that I just want to be authentic and attract followers who are aligned with me. But yeah, that pressure to fix yourself up is real. But Cathrin, honestly, you are BEAUTIFUL and do not even need an ounce of makeup! Unfortunately sometimes it does not matter what you do your channel will not get pushed out, I have seen people with excellent content on a genre get hardly any views while someone with poor quality content of the same genre gets hundreds of thousands of views, it does not matter how good your content is if youtube does not push it out for an audience.

When you do start your social media Stepping up out, be sure to give credit when you use a quote. At the very least if you dont remember the name of the person(u Should) then at least state its slipping my mind or I dont remember who said it. Another biggie is making sure your not contradicting yourself, esp. in the same video. too many times I see this. I think this comes from not thinking critically. So be sure to review your stuff and not giving a "word salad" (not sure where that phrease comes from but it is so on point). Dont use "big" words that you read in a text book to front like your a genius or something . Lastly, For the love all things happy, be sure to SMILE!!!!! Sincerely, DavySTUN
