Cook with Anisa looks delish😊! Can you do segment on the type of pots and pans you use for certain dishes. The cooking pots you used for the biryani, where should i be looking to buy them from and sort of price range?? My mum used use those types of pot/pans and they were the best for cooking. Alot of people i know buy theirs from abroad. So i need a little guidance. X

As a kid I was never a fan of Biryani but since growing older and learning the art of cooking Biryani Ive really come to enjoy it. I normally use yogurt to help tenderise the chicken/meat and temper whole jeera and mix it to the boiled rice. Btw Loved the foil idea, would really save time on the washing without having to spend ages scrubbing the pan at the end 💡👍🏽😄
@cookwithanisa8 жыл бұрын
lol so true, if you see it as an art form, its actually quite therapeutic .. and yes the foil not only helps with steaming, cooking but pot is so much easier to clean after .. #protip lol x
