Admittedly, I fought using scales, but once I got the hang of how different it is, it's actually pretty awesome. Plus it makes you slow down and measure everything out at the start, which, let's be honest. If you want your stuff to turn out well, you prep beforehand so you don't rush.

I was doing good with this recipe, using the scales, until I tried to get the cupcakes out, and I bought a good mini 24 cupcake pan, just couldn't find the mini rolling pin. but, when I clicked on the link for the cream cheese frosting, I didn't pay attention, I just made a full batch, no problem with that, I can alway's use it, but the mini cupcakes just don't come out of the pan. so I think I will use the recipe for regular cupcakes with liners. Love the recipe. tks Nicky if anyone know's where I can get the mini rolling pin will you please leave a link?? tks

Just blend some hazelnuts to get to the peanut buttery stage (about 200g) and add white chocolate (100g) melted with a little bit of coconut oil (1 tblsp). That's it:)
@sarahelmiraroystershelton18886 жыл бұрын
Miss kremem, thank you! i did my own white chocolate base and ended up being... hazelnut, sugar, cocoa butter, powdered sugar, skimmed powdered milk, vanilla bean, bit of salt. the powdered milk really does a difference, recommend! for a more punchy nutty flavour added drops of hazelnut extract and switched to brown sugar.
