Great video! Would you use this technique if you wanted your character to kick up dust plumes when walking/running across the dusty ground? Or something else?

I was thinking of adding that in to test actually. I do think it would work but a lot of the parameters would need to be adjusted to make it scale correctly.

@@MrHollt I was thinking about this because I saw a video by Aiden Wilson last month ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/rIvUiJhvmpKEm68 ) where he did a cool thing with shadows on footprints and I wondered about doing that same type of thing with dust....and now I am thinking of it with both dust and shadows :) To be honest most of your world building is past my skill level but I'll try to work through it until I get stuck. Very good job with it.

Okay so if anyone is getting same problem, you can search for M_smoke_subUV material in unreal engine content and it gives the same effect
