see some people dont like the slight browing on the eggs, I love it especially since it looks like it was coated in that seasoning for the hashbrowns!!! Just gave my parents my 2-Burner Pitboss and bought myself the Pitboss Sierra three burner! Watch yall for ideas for what to cook and always appreciate the guidance!! GRIDDLE ON!

I love your videos and this looks good. I've done something similar. I lay down a layer of chopped bacon add a little bit of butter and add that down with some onions. The next layer is the potatoes and a little more butter. Add a bit of salt and four blend pepper. Sometimes I even add sweet potatoes. Thank you for such great videos.

My brothers from another mother...THANK YOU for making this dish. Whenever I make home fries, I absolutely put my eggs right on top and savor the runny yolks mixed into the potatoes! Diced corned beef is a very tasty substitute for the ham, too. And thank you for the Count's "appearance"...had me laughing my a** off!

Oh, I can smell those yummy potatoes from here. This reminds me of a weekend breakfast growing up. My Mom used to love making Pyttipanna (Pete-e-paw-na), basically a Swedish hash. We would normally have it with diced ham like you guys have there, but you can use any kind of meat. She also added diced onions. Then it was topped with yolk bursting over-easy eggs, and served with toast. I loved it with some ketchup too. We definitely had it for dinner on occasion too. Oh does that take me back. We still make it sometimes now, and it just brings me back to family meals around the table back in the 80's and 90's. Thanks for the memories and the hunger as I got to bed, lol. Nice job, looks outstanding. A suggestion, pre-soak the potatoes(before cooking) to release some starch, I find you get a better crisp on them.

Tip for egg shells that fall into your eggs... Use the shell and scoop it out. Also on my way for breakfast!
