Hey Bill! It tasted ok! Something different. The ice was the tricky part. The dough rises almost instantly where ever there isnt water. So if you dont place the cubes strategically, your crust will definitely be uneven like mine.

Multitasking Jepgoto rockin the house again. Always humble yet cooks a mean pizza every time. That was an interesting cook 👩🍳! I’d never heard of ice cubes either, but you executed as it looked great and I’m sure it tasted great. I’m going to try 3 small loaves of sourdough bread 🥖. My problem will be the entrance height and cooking temp but I love my Ooni Koda 16 and think it could do anything even cooking ice cubes. Keep posting as I’m out of breath watching your content. I love how you execute the “honey do’s” first just to get permission to cook a pizza. Genius!

dude, you gotta try a Kyocera ceramic grater. I have that exact same green micro plane you have and the ceramic grater turns hard cheese into some fluffy, emulsifying madness that the micro plane cannot touch.
