They look serviceable, and would work, I didn't see many voids and inclusions in it on the machined / drilled surfaces. The mystery alloy of iron is always a concern. Also not vented, so they'll run pretty hot under heavy use.

not amazing, actually terrible. it's not like they're working accident-free, theyjust don'thave the legal recourse necessary to extract enough compensation from the employer or an insurance firm to make providing safety equipment a cheaper option. I mean long-time employees probably get a few months pay, maybe more than the medical treatment will cost them, but in developed countries with good labour rights, people who become unableto qork in their profession due to accidents tend to get at least most of their prior monthly pay as an early retirement plan gor however many decades they still live! here in germany, that's financed through a government-mandated employee insurance scheme that doesn't even turn out to be very expensive, it's like 2-5% of the usual health insurance.

Steel shrinks as it cools, so you need to factor that in when designing a mold. You can't just use the old part to create the mold.

When you machining the rotors, you suppose to put a rubber band on the outer diameter of where the brake pads are touching against the surface to reduce the chattering.

No son los dueños del mundo porque no quieren de verdad no entiendo como en otros países tienen infinidad de tecnología, la seguridad de los trabajadores es tan severa etc etc y en la india esta gente trabaja prácticamente en la calle y fabrican maquinaria, productos, etc etc en las condiciones más simples e inseguras utilizando herramientas prácticamente rudimentarias, descalzos, sin ropa adecuada, sin lentes de seguridad, guantes, cascos, etc etc etc de verdad me quedo sorprendido, si no lo estuviera viendo en video no lo creería la verdad 🤷‍♂️
