Only bitter cassava sells over here, before I realized, I went to the farmers market here in Los Angeles, I purchased cassava, went home and cook it, it has a slight bitter taste, I couldn't eat it but the Americans in my house nyamn it off, they do not know sweet cassava. Yes, the starch must wring out
