Yes sis you can definitely use the fresh cassava. Greater the cassava.

You’re very welcome! Yes, you can use green banana flour or sweet potatoes to make roti. I’ve both videos on my channel using both flour to make tortillas wrap. Just scroll through my channel for the videos.

You would have to add it 1/2 cup of cassava flour with 3 cups of regular gf flour bread mix. Hope this is helpful.

You can, buy you will need to dry it out completely in a dehydrator or in the oven. Oven on the lowest setting, and dehydrator on the highest setting.
