Both the cevapis and the somun are definitely made in their own unique style, and you have to give them credit for reinventing something that looks sort of familiar, but also different. Even the bread is wrong also and they have an open flame furnance and they still manage to make the most simple bread wrong. it is the most simple bread,only water,salt and flour and it suppose to be very,very soft and elastic. that bread is too hard and dry. this is one of the most terrible attempts of making something in the whole youtube in general. tragic!

Real cevapi are take 24 or 48 hours for meat to be ready. Those spices does not go into the cevapi. All here is totally wrong,not even close to cevapi.
