Happy Thursday…I absolutely love shrimp 🦐 ceviche…Sometimes I use the frozen shrimp option which is not an authentic way to prepare ceviche but it is also delicious…I absolutely love ❤ your recipes/videos…So delicious…

@@phillipsmom6252 Yes, Ceviche is originally from Peru. But this specific recipe is Mexican Style, Peruvian Ceviche is made differently and both of them are DELICIOUS!!!!

I am not risking any illness so I cook the dam shrimp or fish lightly and then let the rest of the lime cook it😅

No you cooked it right folks just have strong opinions because you didn’t clean ur shrimp 🍤 yuck we can see the entails (black dots) at the center top of those shrimp pieces. To you this may be being picky but true shrimp lovers want clean shrimp only lol 🙏🏾
