How to Make Cheese Potato Hot Dog :: Without Flour :: Korean Hot Dog :: Corn Dogs

*** Please note that I have written down the expected questions as TIP.
I made a potato hot dog with potatoes instead of flour.
It's easier to make, and I like it because I don't have the burden of eating flour.
Great as a delicious snack or a hearty meal.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), teaspoon (tsp).
[4 portions]
✤ Ingredients
550g potatoes
mozzarella cheese
Sausage
Starch powder (or flour)
Egg 1
Bread crumbs
✤ Potato seasoning
-1.5 tbsp of Parmesan cheese powder (optional/add some salt if omitted)
-0.5 tsp salt
-0.5 tsp black pepper
✤ TIP
-If you make it big like me, it takes a lot of oil and it's hard to fry, so make it a mini size.
-If parmesan cheese powder is omitted, add more salt while tasting.

I just finished making these and there SO GOOD! I have seen some people in the comments saying “The dough was to sticky” when I did it it wasn’t stick at all! When you try this remember get the potatoes that are yellow on the outside yo usually there called smash potatoes cause there made for mash potato! Hope this helps! 😃

I made this for lunch today and IT'S JUST AMAZING, I was impressed how good it tastes you guys really need to try it out someday I'd just warn about the dough to roll the sausage, because even after boiling the dough was sticky and it was hard to cover the stick (I'm not sure if I used the wrong potato type? Because I know there's a specific type of potato that is more "dry" on the inside and it's better to fry. Still, if u wanna try this corn dog just remember of using a better potato, I can't remember the name now 😅

If you put the cheese on the bottom, it’ll harden overtime. So it’s usually advisable to put the cheese on top, to get that melted cheese hot and stretchy :)
