I like everything about this lady's videos. She is real. She isn't trying to be a comedian or a food network star. She isn't pretending that every day she has people over for brunch, lunch, dinner, parties, etc. Her voice is nice, not annoying and she looks nice. She cooks in a nice clean kitchen. Her recipes are amazing as well.

Thank you Rachel:) luckily for me I was able to find chipotles in a can on Amazon so it was the genuine thing. Soon I plan on making an air fryer whole chicken and using the same seasonings and glaze as these delicious kebabs. Wish me luck😀 Thank you again for another super video!

You are a fantastic cook, Rachel, and your videos are wonderful. You're a natural teacher and born to cook! Just want to share that after all these years I have finally started making my own vegetable stock! I save all of my veggie scraps and put them into a freezer bag in the freezer every time I cook or make salads. It's amazing how much I used to throw away! When the bag is full, I put them in a pot with water, salt, pepper and a few bay leaves and simmer low for 1 1/2 hours. FREE delicious veggie stock! Live and Learn!!! PS... I save all of your videos and will pass them down to my grandgirls!!! ❤️ Thank you, Rachel. Oh, and what a lucky family you have. 😊

A little too much fat, don’t you think? What I love about Rachel is that, first of all she’s very pleasant to watch and she looks very genuine, and secondly she makes traditional recipes that have been made for so many years. They’re generally very good. What I mean is, they’re appealing to my taste. I think people have different tastes for food like in everything else. For this recipe I will not be using bacon, although bacon makes EVERYTHING taste delicious but I want to compromise on the taste for a healthier version of it.

Thank you Rachel for bringing such a wonderful meal once again to our view❣️❣️Oh I love kebabs and I don't think they're too much effort and I read your recipe before I even listened to your video and I was so excited because well it looks like a long list it's really seasoning and that's basically what you said in the very beginning of your video… Seasoning and flavor is so important for your chicken kebabs or your beef kebabs. If you just throw meat and vegetables on a stick in through a little barbecue sauce on top you don't get real good quality flavored Kabobs. I know because when I was first married and trying to learn how to do this style of cooking, that's what I did not knowing any better. My mother was a farm wife and an excellent cook and Baker but with 12 children and other people at our table, Kabobs were NOT served!!! Another thing that you pointed out Rachel, that I did not understand initially and I would like to say again to the public, be sure you try to cut your pieces up close to the same size whether it's a vegetable or the meat or in this case the bacon also which yummy ~ nobody's that I know has ever said add bacon to your kebabs. I can't wait to try this recipe for the flavor alone❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️ anyway that was another mistake I made was not having my pieces the same and so they cooked and evenly and somethings fell off etc. Rachel I just love your shell and I have shared your recipes with my sisters and me and I'm so glad to find you You are a real wife and a real kitchen cooking real food that people love and not in front of a TV camera with a fake kitchen behind you. We all love you and I love that you keep adding a little tips for our knowledge while you cook. I wish you & "Your Lovely Ron", The happiest 2022 new year. PS: how do you decide which onions to use for what items. I was raised you just buy a white or yellow onion and that's what you cooked with. But for example, when I making stirfry I want either a red onion or a sweet Vidalia onion. Can you give the viewers some tips on this issue because I'm certain you have some thought. Again happy new year to one of my favorite cooks and positive people in the world😊♥️😊♥️😊♥️

Aloha Rachel!! We will be having these for dinner tonight! I'm going to use the same veggies as you did, but I'll also be adding mushrooms, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and just to make each kabob a complete meal, I'm adding those new potatoes to the skewers as well. Just wondering...do you suppose this recipe would work with beef, pork, or lamb as well? Might need to change the cooking time, but maybe, right? Thanks again for all the inspiration. This will be the one of your recipes we're trying out just this week. So far, tamale pie, and cheese enchiladas were a hit. Tonight, we'll do these kabobs, and then tomorrow we're going to do your ribs served with my tater salad. I sure am glad I stumbled upon your channel.
