I've tried your okro recipe, puff puff, banana bread, pan fried potato (used sweet potato though🙈), the fluffy pancake, French toast recipes and they all turned out really nice... I think I'm a professional chef already😂 Thank you so much Your kitchen hacks are awesome.. Especially that tablespoon hack for round puff puff👌🏻.... I even used it for ojojo (water yam fried balls)... Was just feeling myself😂 Anyways, If I want to make a larger portion of chin chin, do I just double or triple the measurements of the ingredients?

Thanks for this tip - Frying inside the sieve. This is why I don’t fry chin chin again cos it’s always over flowing. I now bake my chin chin and it’s just perfect. I made the baked one on my channel too 💃💃💃

On the peppered chinchin.......I make chinchin for sale,I have one customer that requested for ginger/pepper chinchin, I made as requested and she complained it was not peppery enough until I put plenty ginger and pepper,she loved it and she returns with huge order for it frequently. i personally don't like it because it gives me kulikuli vibe
