I making the brownies right now but I thought I had chocolate chips but instead I had peanut butter chips so I just use that and to give it a little bit of a chocolate flavor to it, I added a little bit of Hershey‘s cocoa and added some Peanut butter. They’re in the oven right now😊

Hi! I made these the other day and they were amazing!! But..when I baked them the sides were perfect but the middle was uncooked. Since I turned my oven off by now I just turned my toaster oven on and my the time the brownie was baked and cookie also the cookie became crisp instead of chewy. The brownie was fine. What did I do wrong how. Could I fix that. If I had put it in longer the sides would have been too hard. What do you suggest as a fix?
