Instant Pot Blender | Peach Ice Cream

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Your ice cream Mix looks more like a thin Milk Shake when you were pouring it out to Freeze. Since then, have you tried the Tamper or maybe a different cycle to make something more like Thicker Soft-serve? Thank you.

I may try the smoothie cycle just to see if there is a difference. Once it froze, it gave the consistency of ice cream. I also used frozen fruit. I may test with fresh and see if the lack of water from frozen makes it more creamy

@@PotatoesandPearls I've noticed recently some Instant Ace Blender Ice Cream Recipes that use the Crushed Ice cycle instead when most of the ingredients are all Frozen. Plus the Tamper was used to get a thicker Soft-serve finish that is great.

The blender, for me, is still working really well. I haven't noticed any changes in performance and I still use it pretty often. (even though I probably make more soup than ice cream 😄)

I have made roasted red pepper sauce in the blender and it came out great. I want to try to make more. (I just moved so I have more space to do a lot more experimenting 😊)

You need to freeze it for about 10 hours. The consistency will be closer to store bought. 🤙🏾
