Natasha, just made this and not only did I surprise myself, but my wife and neighbors who know i cook, but a chef I am not. The soufflé came out exactly like it was supposed to, light and fluffy and rose to a beautiful hight, the chocolate sauce was rich n creamy and the whip cream was the perfect icing on the cake. I truly appreciate all your videos and your delicious recipes as much as your delightful humor. Much thanks and appreciation from San Diego.

My wife is out of town and my friends planned a dinner and invited me. They were all talking about what to bring and I was a smart ass and said I would bring a souffle and they laughed. So, I got on google and found your and decided to tackle it. I did it! It was amazing and I completely surprised everyone with an awesome souffle.
