Yo AB just ti let you know (as a native New Yorker) Sazón literally just means seasoning so it’s any type of seasoning that you prefer. But since there’s a lot of Hispanics in NY (Dominicans and Puerto Ricans) we use a lot of Goya Sazón in our food so in the delis/bodegas when they make chopped cheese they use sazón. Other than that this meal looks amazing my guy💪🏽

I will be trying this soon; thx for the video. My tip; after letting the round ball sear on the one side, but before smashing it flat, use the spatula to turn it upside down with the one spot of the ball seared, THEN smash it flat. Works great! And you don't need the paper and it won't squeeze through the spatula. Cheers!

This has inspired me on a very rainy weekend. Instead of baked potato, I am going to make home fries with sea salt and Cajun seasoning. And use tomatoes, green peppers, jalapeño peppers, sour cream and chopped green onions as toppings on the chopped cheese burger. Off to the grocery store, thank you AB.

Hey AB. I am letting you know how this turned out for me. I did use steak fries instead of baked potato. The toppings I used were tomatoes, jalapeños, black olives, sour cream and Verde sauce. I used taco seasoning in the hamburger patty and OMG, this was so good. ❤

AB. When you do smash burgers. If you use a tortilla press to smash your burgers before you cook them they will be ultra thin and then you don’t have to worry about pressing out all the fat/flavors while cooking. Trust me it works amazing.

I chop a whole plate of iceberg lettuce. Sprinkle on some chopped onion and tomato. Two or three dollops of (good) mayo. I grill my burger and when there's no pink, throw on the American cheese. When melted, load the top of the lettuce with the meat and melted cheese and parmesan and you have an awesome salad! I HAVE OTHER WAYS TOO!
